Last week was absolutely unreal. I had a secret I couldn't wait to share. And once I was able to. I was lost for words.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Diamond Dallas Page and the DDP YOGA program and community.
I am inspired daily by the love and attitudes of this group. You all help me push through tough times. DDPYOGA is my favorite tool to fight depression and anxiety. It's helped me build a life where I respect myself. And find pride in what I do, and who I am.

Becoming a #positivelyunstoppable champion this year Has been absolutely life changing.  I am honored to be a part of the #unbreakable8!
I think I could write a book on the entire experience. And I just might.
